- Stand straight with both of your feet apart at distance equal to the distance between shoulders. Stretch out both arms and slightly start turning in one direction. Keep turning until you feel a pull in the part of the back where you feel pain. Stop there for a few second and then start returning to the normal position. Repeat this with other side. After almost 10 moves on both sides you’ll feel your upper back muscles relaxed a bit. (Precaution – if you do not feel tension or pull in the upper back do not do this exercise.)
